This is no ordinary Sportive. We’ve even managed to sort out access to few trails that are not normally open to bikes giving you a unique opportunity to ride restricted trails with the full management and backing of the RSPB. Don’t miss this one!
Starting at the incredible RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve before heading out to join up nature reserves and wildlife havens in the best possible way, on 2 wheels!
This is not a road event; it’s 50% off-road with no alternative sectors, it’s a route where you will get muddy and be grinning from ear to ear. The route has been carefully planned to take in some of the best off-road and quiet country lanes that you could possibly hope for and is suitable for any bike that is at home off-road, from a retro hardtail, to a bouncy full susser, or your latest shiny new gravel bike. There’s a bit of everything on this route; wide forest tracks, rooty singletrack, gravel, sand, mud and mellow lanes.
The 50 mile route includes a complimentary lunch, and all riders enjoy free hydration and snack stations. Each route is fully signposted, risk-assessed, and supported by the friendly TPR Events team.
ROUTES
At TPR Events, we’re dedicated to creating the best routes for riders to enjoy. Every route is carefully plotted, analysed, risk-assessed, tested, and fully signposted, giving you the confidence to ride with peace of mind. Plus, all routes will be available to download as GPX files, providing turn-by-turn directions on your phone or GPS device. GPX files will be available a few days before the event, after our final checks for road closures and obstructions.
